the scp foundation is a fictional organization that attempts to round up all the "anomalous" creatures and objects out there in the world. most of the stories are contained within their creature's "file" aka wiki page, so it doesn't require a ton of reading to get into. all of the pages are written by fans, and the entire wiki is a huge community effort!
i really like browsing through the wiki because while it's mainly horror, there are funny or sad or happy scps. i hyperfixate on reading a ton of pages every couple months, lol. so here's some of my favorites! in no particular order or organization, although that might change.
please note that some of these contain common triggers like death and body horror.
